How it Works


When you schedule a pickup with¬†DetroitDD a two person team will be dispatched¬†to your location; whether it be a business or a private residence. One person (The Driver) will drive your vehicle with “you” in it and the other person (The Chase) will follow you and your driver to your destination. At that point payment will be rendered. Our driver will make sure that our services were completed to your satisfaction and we will leave so that you can enjoy the rest of your evening

Cancellation Policy:

Clients have up until 2 hours before their scheduled pick up time to cancel any reservation. If a client cancels within that two hour window they will be charged a $35.00 service fee. If a client cancels upon a teams arrival or is a “no call, no show” 15 minutes past their scheduled pick up time there is a $50.00 service fee. We also understand that things occur that are out of peoples control so DetroitDD reserves the right to review this fee on a case by case basis.

DetroitDD accepts the following forms of payment:
